Gah.  Anna started this book, quit at page 5.  I kept through, just because once I start reading something I'll tend to finish it.  Its like a book for 16 year old girls.   Which is fine, if thats the target audience. 
I can only hope the story translates better to the big screen than it does to a novel, but I doubt it.  Its just boring.
